The calendar lets you monitor your success with your 5-day and Plyometric routines, your nutrition program, your everyday goals, your weight, your measurements, and helps you celebrate the new you!

Personalized Progress Profile

When you log in to Train With Jane, your profile page updates you on anything you might have missed since you last logged in. This includes any newly added healthy recipes, your new workouts, your interactive calendar items for that day or days passed, and Jane's Blog and Weekly Tips entries. Your profile also lets you upload Before and After images, to help you see your body transform.
