Great News Everyone- Train with Jane is now offering Wednesday Night Bootcamp classes!
Come join us for some bootcamp fun on Wednesday nights at 7pm. Remember, Bootcamp is $10 for TWJ Members and $15 for Non-members, so bring a friend along to give it a try. There are only 15 spots available- so book early!

"It’s with overwhelming pride and happiness that I’m able to write this small update for our website. This past weekend, both Sonia Iovino-Hopper and Katie Kersey competed in different shows. Sonia traveled to Toronto and took command of the stage at the IDFA show, placing 5th. With every show Sonia competes in she makes improvements, keep up the great work Sonia!
After another first place finish at the Ontario Championships in London, Katie Kersey flew all the way to Edmonton to compete at Canadian Nationals. After long months of training, a long flight and a long wait, Katie made it on the national stage and took 6th place! Look for her on stage at the North American Championships in Cleveland, Ohio. We’re so proud of you, Katie!"

As contest season rolls on, so do the competitors of Train with Jane. This past weekend both Kim Penner and Sonia Iovino-Hopper competed in their second show at the Sudbury Northern Ontario Championships. Kim gave another strong performance and took first place in the level two medium class to qualify for the provincial championships on June 23rdin London, Ontario. Sonia went on stage in the level 1 tall/masters class and took an impressive top five placement, marking a significant improvement from her previous 8th place finish.
All of us here at Train with Jane would like to wish Sherri Archambault, Katie Kersey and Kim Penner the best of luck at the OPA Ontario Championships in London. We’d also like to invite you all to come out and support the competitors of Train with Jane. It’s a short trip to see a heck of a show. Prejudging starts at 11:00am and finals start at 6:30pm at:

Another show has come to an end and the girls of Train with Jane continue to impress both the judges and their fellow competitors. The Mississauga South Central level 1-2 show holds a special place in my heart, as it was my first figure show as an amateur. Now to be able to turn around and coach all these hard working girls while they’re on stage feels like coming full circle.
Our level two girls, Katie, Sherri and Marleine all made strong showings taking home 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. You were all standouts in your classes, and clearly deserved the trophies you received.
Competing in their first show at level one and thrilling both Chris and I were Kim Penner and Sonia Iovino-Hopper. Sonia was in a tough group in the tall class and came in an impressive top ten. You looked beautiful on stage and your enthusiasm for this sport is an example to us all. Kim, you knocked everyone’s socks off and we’re so proud of you. The first you took home was well earned, you were a dynamo on stage and we’re looking forward to your performance at your level 2 show!

Chris and I would like to extend our warmest congratulations to our competitor's from the Festival City Championships in Stratford. Seeing the girls up on stage was the perfect culmination to the months of intense training and dieting.
Watching you girls command the stage with your grace and poise filled us both with so much pride. Katie, Sherri and Marleine, you are all prime examples of what it means to Train with Jane, and we couldn't ask for better clients. Your dedication to this sport and your perseverance through the rough spots is an example to us all.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you girls. You made us proud to call ourselves your trainers.
