Program details:

Personalized Nutrition PlanThis meal plan is created specifically for YOU and comes with an exchange list detailing the measurements for each food written on the plan. Written to meet your fitness goals, each meal plan is designed to suit you and the foods you like. As well, this plan will include omissions of any food allergies you may have. Throughout the 12 weeks you will be in contact with our nutritionist in order to adjust the plan so that you may continue your journey toward your overall goals. Diets must be adjusted in order to help you continue to burn fat most efficiently.
Personalized Weight Training PlanEach weight-training program is designed to meet your overall goals. The different exercises for each body part come complete with pictures and instructions on how to perform the exercise correctly. Sets, repetitions, and tempo are specified in order to enable you to maximize each and every exercise.
Cardio PackageThe varied cardio programs will help speed up your fat loss as well as condition your body into the best shape of your life. Cardio programs are designed specifically for you and will be adjusted as the 12 weeks progress. Each type of cardio program along with the necessary changes help to keep the fun in your workouts while maximizing fat loss.
Supplement GuidelineThe supplements given to you by our nutritionist will help you lose weight, keep your energy levels high throughout the day, and keep your inside looking as good as your outside. Each supplement will be taken at a specific time of the day in order to maximize it's effectiveness.
Phone ConsultationsThe phone consultation is a 30 minute, one-to-one telephone conversation that takes place with you and our nutritionist. This personal contact is designed to help us further assist you in meeting your goals. Speaking with you in person is an important element that enables us to monitor your progress. It is during the phone conversations that we will adjust your food and calorie intake. These adjustments are critical and will assist you in reaching your goals. We will answer questions you may have so be sure to have a pen and paper ready when the phone call begins. Phone consultations are made by appointment only. Email and PicturesWeekly emails and pictures of yourself will help us track your progress and see what nutritional or exercise adjustments are needed. Your emails should be sent on Friday and will be answered by the end of the weekend.

All questionnaire sheets can be filled in directly from our website and emailed back to us before starting our program. Please fax the signed release forms back to us 519-966-4747. We will also need current photos front and back in a 2 piece suit or shorts and workout top. Men can wear shorts without a shirt.
