5-Day Workout

The 5-Day Workout is a training program designed for each body part. Each workout will concentrate on one of the primary muscle groups while incorporating core and plyometric movements. These workouts range from the highest intensity to a modified version specifically designed for the beginner. With the 5-Day Workout you will see what the Train With Jane workout is all about!!

Chest and Leg Shaping Routine

Fridays, at Train With Jane, are one of the most demanding days of the week because of the Chest and Leg Shaping Routine! The combination of isolated chest movements along with agility and plyometric drills help to shape the legs by creating a high intensity workout that will leave your body feeling strong. If you would like to incorporate our challenging chest and leg training program into your life, than this program is designed for you. Modifications are incorporated so that beginners to advanced level participants can each enjoy the challenging and dynamic combination of strength and conditioning training.

Leg Routine

Leg day is the HARDEST day of the week no matter what level of fitness you are. Isolating each muscle within the entire leg makes for the most challenging of all workouts. At Train With Jane this is our busiest day of the week because our clients understand the need for building a solid foundation and having beautifully shaped legs. In creating your Leg Routine, we will work with you to determine the specific type of a leg workout you would like. For those looking to build their legs we have power routines that will help to develop size and shape. For those people who are looking to create lean and toned looking legs, we have routines that will help shape each area of the leg including the hamstring and glute muscles while helping to develop fantastic quad and calf definition. Modifications are always included in each workout for beginners, and explanations of each movement are included.

Arm Routine

For those looking to create arms to be proud of, Train With Jane has designed specific Arm Routines for those looking to shape and tone their arms. Whether you are looking to create more shapely arms in order to look improve the look of a sleeveless dress, or if you are looking to have a traffic stopping look of strength for a tank top, we have the arm routine for you. Working at a high intensity combined with isolated movements helps to create the shapely looking arms that you desire.

Back Routine

When it comes to training, one of the most neglected areas of the body is the back. Chronic back pain is one issue that people deal with everyday. With a stronger back and core, it is possible to eliminate much of the pain caused by weak or tight muscles in the back. If you are looking to strengthen a weak back, or if you wish to tone a solid back to compliment the rest of your body, we have a Back Routine specifically designed for you. As always, modifications are included for those with weak backs in order to help you strengthen your back in order to improve their quality of life.

Cardio Routines (3 routines)

Cardio is something everyone needs to do but finding the motivation to do it can sometimes prove difficult. Some of the most boring experiences a person can have can be walking on a treadmill or riding a bike day after day unsure if they are accomplishing anything. Our highly intense cardio programs will make you look at those same machines a little differently. Cardio will become more of a challenge than a chore and going to the gym first thing in the morning or after work at night may become a little more exciting. Our Cardio Routines range from the use of treadmills to step mills, from steppers to elliptical machines, and any other machine you may think of. When ordering this package please specify what types of machines you like to use and we will send you workouts geared more toward what you are looking for. If you have equipment in your own home or if you prefer the atmosphere of a gym, our programs will help you burn off excess calories regardless of where you like to train.

These routines are geared more for athletes who are looking to improve their speed, agility, and quickness during competition. Plyometric Conditioning Routines

If you are looking for a different type of workout that will help to improve your speed and strength while improving your overall body development, then our Plyometric Conditioning Routine is something that may interest you. Using a variety of movements and training tools that can be found in just about any gym or within your own home, plyometric movements incorporate the use of your entire body resulting in the improvement of both speed and strength. The plyometric movements will be explained in detail and will help you break through some of the physical barriers you may be experiencing. Fun activities modified to meet the needs of all levels of intensity is what the Plyometric Conditioning Routine is all about.
