At Train with Jane we believe that fitness should be part of your lifestyle. We have come up with a creative way to make personal training affordable, convenient and time efficient.
Our group training incorporates:
- Strength training
- Cardio
- Plyometrics
- Core training
Our unique system is designed to put your through a challenging workout in 60 minutes. Each program is designed by Jane and implemented by our qualified and certified personal training staff.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday 6am -8pm
Saturdays 9am-3pm
