Boot Camp Unlimited Monthly Training:

At Train with Jane we believe that fitness should be part of your lifestyle. We have come up with a creative way to make personal training affordable, convenient and time efficient.

Our group training incorporates:

  • Strength training
  • Cardio
  • Plyometrics
  • Core training

Our unique system is designed to put your through a challenging workout in 60 minutes. Each program is designed by Jane and implemented by our qualified and certified personal training staff.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday 6am -8pm
Saturdays 9am-3pm

HOW TRAIN WITH JANE WORKS:

Each day of the week we focus on a different body part for the strength training component and then we incorporate the cardio, plyometric and core training during each workout.

Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Back and Core
Friday - Chest and Leg Shaping
Saturday - Make up workout day for anyone that missed a workout during the week.

Boot Camp is offered Monday/Wednesday at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am.
TRX classes are offered Thursday at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am.
